The adventure of exploring a new city, cheering on a favorite sports team in their home stadium, savoring a delicious cocktail during a live show. All of these are experiences that should bring enjoyment to a persons life. Having spent time on both the consumer and marketer side of these, I have developed a passion for and enjoy attracting people to an experience with creative branding, content, and overall marketing while assisting in making sure it lives up to the price and hype through customer service, events, operations, and data management. I have spent the majority of my career working within these and other relevant industries from writing, editing and social media management for a local city digital and print magazine in Spain, developing cross country tours for one of the largest wholesale tour companies in the USA, managing data, content and communications for a private membership club in the heart of Hollywood, events at the Los Angeles Zoo and non-profit organization River LA, assisting with the season ticket holders’ experience with the LA Clippers, providing excellent guest services for the Los Angeles Dodgers, promoting tourism and one of California’s most recognized destinations at Santa Monica Travel & Tourism and currently managing events at the Pasadena Convention Center.
